"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "I paid for a studio but was upgraded to a one bedroom at check-in. I received a complimentary drink while I was being checked in and I really needed that as I was exhausted. The staff was awesome, they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same daily, this needs to be improved on, they should have a wider selection. Overall, I had a good time."

"Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck.
