"Couldn’t fault much really. The service was excellent, from checking in to breakfast to concierge. Amazing views from the room. Would definitely recommend. Only two things which was a downfall, was the fact that the rooms need some form of modernisation - there was no plugs next to the bed. Also, the bathroom could have done with being cleaned better as the bath was still a little dirty but nothing major."

"You definitely get everything you can see from online, such as good location, clean but small room! What may not be clear from online description is that the hotel is vey big with strange interior designs so that you may need to haul your luggage on carpet for a prolonged distance and may need to switch elevators to get to 6/7th floor. Best part is breakfast (if included in room fare)"

"The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. I would stay again if i need to! I slept very well and felt safe as the hotel’s door only opens either...

"Easy check. Hotel is right next to victoria train station. Clean, comfortable room. The buffet breakfast with everything you could want, including alternative milks for cereal, was excellent. Wouod definitely stay again. "

"Stayed here on a overnight layover, My family and I fell in love with this hotel and it's staff. Dafni, Front desk Manager was outstanding. There was a slight maintenance issue with our room, she let us know before we ran into further issues. Allowed us to change rooms, and ensured our stay was the most comfortable and enjoyable. Her follow up and passion for great customer service goes above and beyond. I would hope that she is recognized for her commitment and dedication. "

"Good pricing. Very good staff. Very good breakfast. Rather noisy in the rooms while people settled in for the night. Will not hold luggage after check-out so need to either carry or make some other arrangements if extending stay past 10 am to shop or head into the nearby British Museum."
