"Pluses: the very center, nice avenue next with dancing fountains probably some 100 meters to walk, beautiful church infront, nice loby and restaurant surrounding. Building is probably from soviet era, but inside the room very clean. Minuses: not very friendly receptionist. We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked). "My room had a pump noise and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The new room was smaller. In both rooms the lotion or body lotion was empty or the pump didn’t work right. Staff was nice. "
