"We really enjoyed our two nights here. Very friendly and helpful receptionist on arrival. Our room was large, very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is excellent - the fried and boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. My wife enjoyed the use of the pool. The hotel is a little tired in places, but it is to be refurbished as a Hilton "Double Tree" shortly. Will definitely stay here again when we are next in Leicester."

"The room looked lovely, and the bed was comfortable, However, it was a very cold night and the room took a long while to warm up. We could not get any cold water from the tap. There was a laminated sheet giving information for room service but no information on how to use various items in the room. The bedroom and bathroom had an adjoining wall, with windows and there was no separate light for the toilet. Therefore the bathroom lights disturbed the other persons sleep. Eventually, we rang...
