"Disappointing stay. Despite our having reserved two rooms well in advance of our stay, the hotel failed to provide us with adjoining rooms, (the rooms provided were actually on different floors). Having stayed at this hotel several times in the past, we had expected better service. No recognition of our being “returning guests” was expressed and staff members we encountered did not seem interested in providing an acceptable level of customer service.
