Jersey Hotels with indoor pool

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and quality. Champagne Bar cosy. Room was a delux double but on 3rd floor so in the eaves. Dimly lit one small window, lack of plug sockets and mirror in the main room. TV signal poor. Housekeeping was good, fresh towels daily, nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge however, we had to request water to be replaced and the biscuits were not replaced after arrival not that we were desperate but would of been...

"Setting and comfort very good. Breakfast also good, evening meals good to adequate but avoid the buffet carvery as it was left out for hours under lamps and dried up.Overall would recommend hotel."
