"Overall the property was clean and secure. Pool staff, bbq grill and housekeeping were excellent. The wait staff in the restaurant was okay too. The pool bar tenders were okay too. While my star rating could be higher, i did note simple things that bring down properties, platic bottles along pathways, i observed staff mopping outdoor pathways but in less than meter was an empty bottle. The team member ignored it. I would observe this several times throughout my brief stay. Let's call it...

"This is by far the best vacation i have had in my country. Rooms were large and had all amenities to suit my comfort. Dining experience great. Waterparks enjoyable. We stayed at the Princess Grand. Gym was A class and not to mention the Spa treatments. Staff was very attentive and super friendly. Security detail was at every level of the hotel. It was an overall splendid time spent."
