The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options. "Everything about our stay was perfect. It was a peaceful night kid free night away for myself, partner and pooch. Normally we get a scruffy room because we have a dog but this hotel doesn’t do scruffy. It was immaculate inside and out and the decor was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It is the perfect location to get away from it all and the scenery is beautiful being right next to the straits. The food was second to none and great choice of drinks. We had a room with a...
