"Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"

Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. "The hotel staff very helpful and friendly when checking inand through my stay, the rooms are clean and welcoming. There was a great deal in the restaurant for a two course meal, and a good choice on the menu. Food was very good, and the staff service was very good in the restaurant too. The location for me was perfect as 20 mins from Dublin airport and 15 mins to the site I was visiting.
