"We had a car rental parking was great and we didn’t need to pay for parking. Driving was easy around the city and it was convenient to everywhere we were expecting. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was some if we looked forward to every morning. "

"Check-In was seamless. The property offers lockers to leave luggage before and after check-ins. This part was especially convenient for us. They are friendly and approachable. The VIP benefits a sweet treat upon arrival, a cute note, and SPA access. The spa was a relaxing ambience but there were children under 12 at the spa which downgraded the experience a little bit. There was no one at the spa area to oversee that so maybe this could be something they could work on. I loved that they have a bar and a cafe that are in the building. They also have plenty of seating available. Our view was wonderful but the curtains were slightly hard to manage. The bathroom was wonderful and they had hot water with strong pressure. The sheets were very warm and sleeping was wonderful, though our 2nd night we were woken up 4 times to the sound of a fire alarm that was coming from a broken elevator. Other than those things the experience was wonderful! "
