"The hotel staff are very friendly and attend to guests needs quickly. The food is excellent and the chef produced excellent evening meals. Rooms are big and the bathroom had both bath and shower so you could soak out the cold after a day out. Hotel is just outside city centre but public transport is easy to use."

"This hotel is a lovely oasis in a remote location. The sauna was amazing and the hot tub was nice, but the howling wind made it a bit difficult to enjoy. (Not the hotel’s fault!). There is just the one hotel restaurant which serves an included breakfast as a good start to the day. Dinners were delicious but a bit pricey. The staff were helpful. The room was comfortable. The opportunity for a wake up call to see the Northern Lights was great, but, sadly, there were no sightings in our 3 night stay. "

"Difficult to find but once you figure out where it is located it is good. Wish the hotel Lobby was in the building where you stay. The breakfast each morning was very nice. They catered to a Gluten Free option which was great! My husband loved the fresh bread every morning. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend getting rid of the air fresheners. Very strong smell. Too fragrant. We ended up putting it outside of the room as we couldn't sleep."
