"The hotel has a nice lobby. Our classic room with river view is a bit outdated, concerning furniture and bathroom. The sauna/spa was quite nice. We rate the Intercontinental Budapest as 4+ hotel, which needs renovation to be compared to modern 5* hotel."

"Nice modern hotel with a very good location. We stayed one night as we were joining a river cruise. Location is great to walk along the River, get a nice meal or catch the trolly. Breakfast was delicious, bed comfortable and staff very friendly. I would stay again."

"A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Pest district. Service throughout our stay was impeccable with one tiny exception in the hotel bar where we got overcharged for two drinks (12,660HUF for an eggnog and Irish coffee). All staff were pleasant and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was stunning. A better selection of TV channels in rooms would be helpful as very little choice of viewing in English. "
