"We had a good experience at this hotel. Wonderful location right next to the Curve auditorium and the Athena centre. Didn't want to go far from the hotel so we had a good meal in the restaurant. Nice touch was that the chef came out and asked if we had enjoyed our meal - which we confirmed we had. The front of house staff were very polite and helpful with any questions we had. "A good but plain hotel which would benefit from a decorative tidy up. The weather had been cold, so the room started off cold too. When we requested an extra duvet it took them 45 minutes to bring it to our room - so we had to wait to go to bed."
