"The weather outside was in mid 40's with wind. The foyer and hallways were cold. The room was cold, however, warmed up quickly. The water temp in shower did not get hot. The person at the front desk was very, very rude. I had to ask several times for clarity and the rudeness increased."

"It's conveniently located in the suburb of Richmond. Easy access to highway. Short drive to botanical garden, Short Pump town center and downtown. The design reminds us of Williamsburg, colonial style, tasteful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice staff, very nice hotel. The pool and spa where amazing, cozzy rooms, maintenance helped me right away when I need the toilet unclogged, towel and face wipes brought every other day. Breakfast was very good, thank you for a welcoming stay!"
