"Lovely stay in comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and food/drink options. Booked at relatively short notice but pleasantly surprised by quality on offer. Spa facilities excellent, as was the food and drink. A 20 minute walk from St Peter Port centre but this suited us. Will definitely visit again!"

We had a lot of noise in our room and asked to be moved - the receptionist was very understanding and we were moved to a lovely , quiet room at the back of the hotel and also found a bottle of Prosecco and. Strawberries with an apology note - couldn’t have asked for more "

"We were moved to the OGH and were throughly spoiled. We had a King sea-view room which was wonderful. The bed and bedding were first class, very comfortable. The hotel was immaculate and staff were all impeccable. We loved our four days there and wish it could have been longer!"

"This place is in very quiet area and surrounded by lovely garden and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest Fermain beach. It had a few choices of adjacent restaurants but the choice is slightly limited unless you go to St Peter’s port town. The hotel staff are all lovely and friendly and accommodated to our needs. The breakfast choice was so great and plentiful, and delicious so we enjoyed it very much. There was a sauna and swimming pool which we could use until 8pm. The room we had had a balcony so it was a bit pricy option compared to not having no balcony but it was worth it although I was not pleased with the fact that when the balcony window was open in the morning, sometimes I could smell someone (possibly staff) was having a cigarette/ smoke outside just right down of our balcony at the end of the building side on the second floor. I do not like the smoke smell so this was the down side of the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there over all. "
