"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reims. We chose this hotel for close proximity to the train station, which is directly across the street. Complimentary breakfast was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and nicely presented. "This was my second stay at this hotel. Both times have been consistently great. Very clean, helpful hotel staff (high level of English in case you do not speak French), nicely appointed rooms. Great location. As a bonus I was able to get into room early which was so helpful after overnight flight. "

"The hotel is well located (from My point of view). The Champagne houses are very close (we had a car). The staff is very nice and they respond very quickly if you have any demands. Some of the staff does not speak English. Room size is perfect. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. "

"A wonderful boutique property. The service was wonderful and possibly the best breakfast I have had in my entire life! I was unable to eat at the Michelin star restaurant; gives me a reason to go back. Truly a wonderful stay. "

"I really appreciate it the spacious rooms and the central location. Unfortunately we found a large piece of glass under the bed which means the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. If anyone had accidentally stepped on it, it would most likely have ended up in a trip to the hospital to get stitches. I showed it to the staff at the front desk and all I got was an “oh, I am sorry “. "
