"Great hotel in the heart of annecy. Always really clean with great underground parking. "

"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

La chambre avec vue sur le lac transforme totalement l’expérience (je la recommande vivement). Le spa est excellent, avec une particularité : il faut descendre à pied depuis l’hôtel pour y accéder, ce qui ajoute une touche d’originalité. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant et bien fourni.
