"This is my 2nd stay there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I wish the rooms were a bit larger. Finally, the hotel is a short walk away from the Gotland Ferry Terminal. "

"We stayed in the annex apartment with 3 bedrooms and a huge living room. Only one shower though. Right on the center shopping street with restaurants so can be noisy with people and cars. You must take stairs to the first level. Breakfast is in the main building down the street."

You can get this at an additional cost (don’t know the price) and for 1200kr they can clean after your visit else you have to clean the area yourself. "we were on 3rd floor with lift access. the room and toilet are big. room is well layout and bright. however, bed is too soft with a sink-in in the middle. breakfast is enjoyable and though we stayed 5nights we look forward to the breakfast. the restaurant is good too. had a double burger, chicken salad and beer. traveling to stockholm and will be also staying at another scandic hotel. "

"Staff will do everything to make sure your trip to Visby is a wonderful one. We had a personal emergency come up and the hotel owner sprung into action to make sure we could handle the situation as smoothly as possible from Sweden. Excellent breakfast included with gluten free options, room was lovely - old touches like stained glass and exposed brick wall but also modern, and the location was two turns away from the tourist hub, so it was quiet. The courtyard is lovely. Wouldn’t want to stay...

"Overall we very much enjoyed the cabin and property. Con: it hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. Also, if you’ve never travelled to Scandinavia before you should know that it is custom that you often need to bring your own sheets and towels. We had no idea, so I feel the property needs to make that *very* clear so you are aware of this as you are making the reservation. I had to book accommodation for 5 weeks travel. I don’t have the time to read all the small print or endless information...
