"Perfect tourist hotel in downtown Munich. The staff could not have been nicer. I reserved parking in the hotel and loved taking the car elevator! If you need to park a car, I highly recommend to reserve a spot ahead as there are only 6 parking spots. There are 3 coffee shops within less than a minute walk, all amazing. The hotel also has coffee and tea and some apples always available and some wine for a small price. My room was a single, perfect amount of space and a darling antique- design bed. Not that I needed the vanity kit, but the box was open and empty. That is pretty much the only minor negative thing I noticed. I would absolutely stay here again when in Munich."

"Great friendly staff. Rooms are compact but functional, very clean with fridge. Large lobby bar area to relax in after exploring. Breakfast buffet is excellent something for everyone. Easy to get to metro station. Several bar/restaurants in walking distance. To be honest Uber was cheaper than metro for 4 of us visiting various Christmas markets. Great stay good property."

"This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Hauptbanhof Cologne. The tram is just across the street which will take you to various locations throughout the city. The hotel is gorgeous! Everything about our experience was perfect. We had a refrigerator and coffee maker in our room. The indoor pool was an extra plus! There are several restaurants in the hotel, as well as,many choices in walking distance."

"The hotel is in really good condition and the staff were friendly. Despite us going for a 'cosy' room it actually very spacious. Being first timers we think we found ourselves in the more financial district of Berlin but the sites are very spread out and can easily pick up a taxi or walk if you leave yourself plenty of time. It was very close to the beautiful gardens."
