"American reviewer. This is an excellent choice in Vitoria!! The location is perfect, unless you are insisting on beachfront. It’s located directly beside an amazing restaurant that is well known with locations through Brazil. Also a supermarket a short walk away. Neighborhood has lots of dining, shops and bars. Hotel is clean, modern and well staffed. Breakfast buffet is very large. Easy to get Uber rides. Does have a parking garage and a man working the gate, but I didn’t rent a car. ...

"A pior experiência que tivemos. A entrada, quarto, banheiro, tudo é um lixo. Total abandono. As cortinas do quarto imundas. Os lençóis pareciam usados, sujos, manchados. Sem frigobar, ventilador lento. E cheiro de mofo, insuportável. Ficamos apenas 40 minutos. E fomos procurar outro lugar. "
