"Nice sea views, friendly staff and convenient to all amenities. Comfortable bed , tea and coffee facilities a definitely plus. On the minus side , no available water bottles from hotel and weren’t aware there was a music bar just below so a bit noisy. They do offer ear plugs and what was worse was the bad singing from the bar lol"

"Business in area. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. But the décor and furnishing appeared quite tired. Shame as the location and building are great. Parking is very expensive in Brighton. "

The cleaner / maintenance young gentleman that greeted me at reception as I was early for check in, was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, considerate and very friendly. He couldn’t possibly have been more considerate regarding my arrival. "
