"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. "The room is so good, clean and no odors. In addition, water heater works properly and so does the air conditioner. The hotel is making a lots of improvement, such as a great outdoor living area for chit-chat with our friends. "Love this beautiful villa. Love the pretty yard, the pool, the second floor terrace with the two huge cozy chairs, the four pretty bedrooms, and beautiful kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s noisy during the day but over all I love this place. I can just have grabfood to deliver my meals. Excellent! "

"nice apartment with a good view and easy access down the mall. Room quite spacious compare to similar apartments, cozy, phone signal reception still good, kitchenware also clean and pretty new. This was managed by Travelio so we redirected with the checkin proses with them. The only downside is there is no hot water. Overall is very good and will recommend to stay again next time."

"It is a beautiful villa that will be worthy of many of your photos. But travelers should be aware that the open living space can become uncomfortably cold at Batu's high elevations. In addition, the large number of mosques nearby can shatter any ideas of a peaceful retreat, especially on Friday's when the speakers will be going all day. One minor note is that it needs a little maintenance to fix wifi (too slow, making streaming difficult), and exposed wiring in kitchen, stuck doors, etc.)...

"Call reception, call them many time but no answer only responded via sms. She cant speak English it hard to understand. No proper instructuon on check in and usage. ALL electrical circuit breakers were turn OFF. Luckily I am an electrical guy that dare to turn ON by myself. Room condition is worst l, lack of maintenance, so run down to call luxury apartment, kitchenette and pantryi items conditions are unusable, no gas, no electrical connection, water kettle so dirty, not usable even to boil...

"Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees)."

"The JW never disappoints. From the pick up to the drop off we were impressed. The check in was easy and the employees could not have been more helpful. The room was huge. We had a fabulous dinner at Uppercut which is deserving of all its awards. Fabulous all the way around. "

"Really nice hotel. Rooms are good. Staff were all really super friendly and helpful. My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."
