"We booked for one night and received an upgrade to room 407. Very welcoming and friendly reception, modern room, spotless and lovely bathroom. Some comments have been made about the breakfast, but for the price, the package of room and breakfast was great value"

"Staff are polite and lovely. We had dinner at the hotel. Ordered pizza and pint and fish and chips. The pizza was cold when it arrived would have been really nice if it was hot. Fish and chips was good. Breakfast, bake beans were cold everything else was warm. Staff friends and accommodating. "

"It's a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. The location is great, approximately a 20-minute ride to central London by subway or taxi. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again in the future."
