"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

"Extremely disappointing stay. The property did not honor the reservation. Did not provide a shuttle pickup from the airport. Neither I nor Expedia could get in touch with the property via email or phone. The property and room is in disrepair. Electronic lock on the door did not work, outlets, and lights were not functioning. No running water at times during my stay. "

"I got to the hotel at 9:47pm. I asked about dinner and I was told it is on-going. They assigned a room to me and I went to drop my luggages. When I return to the dinning hall at 9:56pm,they were packing. I asked about food and the receptionist old me there's no food. His name is Reuben Brou. Very stupid and disappointing to hear that. He told me to pick a taxi to Plateau to buy food. I asked him how could a foreign pick a taxi to where I do not know for food? Infact, it was my first time going...

"A terrible terrible experience. I flew in for business with my debit card and small amount of cash. Each of their card machines did not work. Then one receptionist told me the manager was coming to sort this out: then after one full hour of wasting my time with faulty card machines, another receptionist told me that I had to go away, find cash and pay and they would not allow me to stay without me paying in cash first. No manager arrived to sort this out as promised. On top of everything it was...
