"Very nice facility very friendly and attentive staff. Outside of not having hot water the first day which things like this happen, it was a pleasant experience. I requested a refund for the first day because of the Hot water issue and they promptly removed the entire charge for the first day. Very nice of them. I would recommend anyone to stay there and we will also the next time we are in Champaign."

"We had never stayed at this hotel before, but really liked it. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. There were several nice restaurants within walking distance."

"I checked in really late at night -- 3 AM. And the woman at the front desk was helpful, polite, and even though she seemed slightly surprised to see me, got me checked in pretty quickly. The room could use a little bit of a face-lift. You can see some wear and tear on it, but nothing that was off-putting. I was somewhat curious about the large wooden "shelf" or "platform" in the room that didn't seem to serve any particular function other than taking up space. But again, overall this was an...
