"Such a beautiful property & great value!!! Unbelievable views from our room of the waterfall on property grounds. Photos of the property do not do it justice. We booked this very last minute due to a change of schedule due to rain & the host’s communication was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved our change of plans. Not only was this property beautiful & full of hummingbirds, but Bajos del Toro was charming & had so much to offer. "

"Loved the size of the units (bedrooms, baths), cleanliness, breakfast service/options and amenities available - onsite laundry, pool, hot tub. Did not use gym or spa. Did not have enough towels for the pool and those that were provided were not fully dry (taken from the slowest dryer) when we needed them. Kitchen did not have any dish detergent to wash the dishes."

"One of the best places that I have stayed! Staying at the hotel is like staying w. extended family. It is small and intimate and very well run. I can honestly say that I have never had a room so well cleaned! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was affordable & very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfasts and kudos to the staff for their speed and attentiveness. The coffee is great & as I discovered early one morning you can get coffee 24-7. It is down a quiet cut de sac but...

"Edward and Familia Inn was a great place to stay. Edward is the most gracious of hosts transporting to and from the airport and taking us on an excursion to the Starbucks coffee plantation. The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were great."

"Beautiful outdoor setting at the top of the hill, with beautiful blue pool and string lights. Great views of the surrounding area and nature. The cottages are clean and well done. "When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

"Front desk was helpful and professional. We were 3 families traveling with 16 people. The airport shuttle was full, and they were so kind and accommodating that they had the driver do an extra airport run just for us. "
