"Spectacular! Impeccable service! Beautiful room with gorgeous courtyard view from balcony. Loved every moment spent here. The Christmas tree was breathtaking. But where my heart skipped a beat was when the children from Jerez came into the lobby and were greeted by the Magi ( 3 Kings celebrated here), it took me back to my childhood. This converted palace is a must visit even if you don't stay here. We loved it!"

"Parking on site, which was convienant. A few dining options nearby including a hotel restaurant, but most of the shopping/dining optioins were a 10 min drive away in the heart of the city. Hotel staff was a skelton crew, and there were renovatioins taking place which caused some noise/mess, but that's expected in the off season."

"Extremely basic hotel. Windows could not be opened and the shutters were stuck. However, room was cleaned well each day and new towels provided. Staff were friendly and, im sure, would have been helpful if I needed any. Great central location and the budget price matched expectations"

"Beautifully kept, immaculate, quiet and comfortable. Tucked down a quiet side street, just a few minutes from the centre, the hotel is uninspiring outside. Inside, the reception area is attractive and bright. Warmly greeted - which continued every time we entered and left (you have to leave your key). Room spotless - perhaps slightly old-fashioned but that added to its charm. Bed much more comfortable than it looked - single long pillow seemed odd but didn't cause us any problems. Slightly odd...

"Beautiful property- attached right to the bodega Tio Pepe! Excellent location to walk all around Jerez. A glass of sherry on the rooftop terrace looking at the cathedral was wonderful! Every staff member was so friendly and made our stay so nice. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Good stay. I think the " Boutique" discription is exagerrated. Plain room, no bath products, no coffee maker and a great rooftop but no bar service, just loungers to enjoy the sun/ view. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is good"

"Another fantastic stay here. This is a quiet Country Club style hotel with a renowned and top value restaurant in a rural situation just to the east of Spain’s famous sherry producing and horse fair city, Jerez de la Fronteira. Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay here with the most charming staff at all levels. Only wish that we could get here more frequently. "The hotel is on a recently renovated building, very close to all main attractions in the city center. We enjoyed very much our stay. BEWARE: The hotel recommends you to stay at the Parking Plaza del Arenal and send you a link to make a reservation, which has to be paid by credit card at least 2 hours before arrival. If you do so, there is a very attractive reduced rate of approximately 10 euros per day. The system advertises it accepts all major credit cards, but none my US based cards...
