"I was very happy with this hotel. It is located directly on the waterfront, a short 10min walk away from Intramuros, and a 15min walk from the TGV train station. My room (fourth floor, street side) was small but cozy, with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English for the times when my (very limited) French gave out. Breakfast was excellent.
