"Nice, clean rooms, everything you need is provided. Restaurant has good food. The water slides are just a decoration... They don't work. The front desk receptionists are kind and they do a pretty good job at customer service. The golf clubs and balls were out, but no one was on the course, so maybe they could provide more or get a better way to keep track of those. "

"The hotel is perfectly.located in the center of La Paz and ypu can walk to everything. People at the reception were very helpful at many occasions. The rooms are a bit noisy but I guess it's the price to pay to be in town. Breakfast is okay but not in par with the rest of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in La Paz."

"El hotel se encuentra en un hermoso lugar, esta bien equipado como para ser un excelente hotel, pero el trabajo de sus empleados es totalmente a desgano, los garzones por ejemplo compiten por no atender algún llamado. Urge algún funcionario que haga las labores de supervision, parece que cada empleado hace el menor esfuerzo posible y con las instalaciones que tienen podrían explotar más."
