"We stayed for 6 days 5 nights. The location is spectacular. We purchased the meal plan which was a great value, and the ocean grill food was delicious!. Staff were excellent and helpful. The beach area is excellent. Rooms were nice but dated. Our room needed some minor plumbing repairs. There are 2 restaurants to choose from. One offers fine dining the other more average fare. "Spectacular! Before we arrived in Bermuda, the concierge team was reaching out to ensure everything we needed was in place. We were greeted at the doors with such warmth and then swisked off to the Fairmont lounge for a private check-in. The suite was awesome (large, breathtaking view, huge bathroom, comfortable beds, etc.). The lounge was our hang-out spot, especially on rainy days. Every meal/snack/dessert was delicious. "The service from the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and engaging. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Views add another layer of calm and relaxation.
