"We didn't get the family suite and wasnt told until we got there. But, they were very kind and gave us 2 deluxe joining rooms for the same price; and gave us 20$ coupon at The Green Mill next door for the inconvenience. "

"We booked a double room with Expedia and when we got to the hotel all they had was a full size bed. This was very uncomfortable for us, being 6-2 and 5-11. Neither of us slept much. Very displeased."
