"The hotel was closed when we arrived 6/19/2019. They informed us that it has been closed from 6/7/2019. It was 10PM and we didn't know where else to go. Thankfully we had a patient taxi driver who took us to another hotel. "

"The rooms were immaculate and the complimentary breakfast was full of fresh fruit and pastries and wonderful coffee. The staff were always helpful and kind. The lobby had beautiful piano music most nights that made it a comfortable and fun place to work or wait for friends."

"Your Personal attention was their priority. Got upgraded to bigger room with balcony and was well chilled. Was in the city center and accessible to all locations visited. Their pool was nice"

"Far too overpriced. The staff don't speak english, the breakfast is meagre and the restaurant bad. Best Western is a much better choice though the location is not as central."

"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

"The hotel itself is really very nice, but internal facilities are a little run down. Management seems willing to improve it, I hope they will succeed. The garden is lovely and well maintained."
