"The property was beautiful and the service was great. The food was mediocre, especially the breakfast buffet. The best place to eat was the Grill and the beef patties by the pool. We had an ocean front room in building 5. Our room was perfect, but we never had a hot shower our entire stay. That was unfortunate. We will definitely visit Barbados again, but we will not be staying here again. "

"I had a great time staying at the Crane Resort with friends. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well appointed. "Hilton Barbados is located close to some main attractions and beautiful beaches. The property is clean and has adequate amenities. As we were there on a very busy weekend there was a bit of a line/wait time for breakfast but the staff was always very attentive and ensured things moved as smoothly as possible. "

"The grounds are beautiful, but the service is lacking. They are very understaffed. While, the staff was typically professional. I would not describe them as engaging. Calabash is average food at best, and the staff gets overwhelmed very easy. The food takes forever. We did have a wonderful time in Barbados in general and did not spend much time at the resort. "Good news/bad news. It’s a bit isolated so nothing except the restaurant next door is open so you have to drive, taxi or get a ride to go anywhere. You don’t have to go very far though. Lots of nice places to go. Water is good out of the tap. Quiet, lovely staff. "

"Cara at the front desk is an amazing staff member and all the team are lovely and friendly and the people staying at the hotel all very friendly. As a solo traveller felt very welcomed and they even let me stay a bit longer to check out etc. Ronald provided a great walking tour of holetown and its history and got to drink from a coconut on the road.
