"The staff at this hotel were friendly and courteous. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and loved the view. The room was immaculate. I think the furniture may have been a little dated, but it didn’t bother us. Kitchenette was well stocked. Overall, very pleased. "

"The grounds are beautiful, but the service is lacking. They are very understaffed. While, the staff was typically professional. I would not describe them as engaging. Calabash is average food at best, and the staff gets overwhelmed very easy. The food takes forever. We did have a wonderful time in Barbados in general and did not spend much time at the resort. The beach was almost always too rough at the resort, but the morning that we left, it was beautiful and flat. It is a smaller resort and...

"The beach area was never crowded, chairs were always available. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was clean & restocked. Bar food exceeded our expectations. Snorkeling right off the beach was an added plus! Security & front desk staff were always friendly. An overall excellent experience! "
