"This hotel was super friendly. When our pre-paid taxi didn't turn up, we were late for check in and the receptionist gave us an upgrade to a quiet room at the end of on the 5th floor. This proved to give amazing views of the flying foxes every dusk that flew from the mountains to a roost within a few metres walking distance of the hotel. "If you stay on the mainland in Fiji, this is great because it is close to the airport and the marina. From the marina, we took two boat trips to other islands. One was the Whale Tail full day excursion which we highly recommend. Breakfast was included and outstanding. Food at the restaurant was outstanding. This is a family friendly hotel. If you are traveling for a romantic getaway, pay extra to stay in the all adult “beach club” side. Well worth it"

"Great experience through out our stay but we were hit with a surprise bill at checkout as we were miscommunicated the wrong full board allowance and inclusions at check-in. But since we didn't have any proof we had to bear the cost even though we had paid for full board. Get everything in writing "
