"Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. The room was a good size with nice large windows. The TV had multiple channels from multiple countries around the world. "

"Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and super helpful staff. Right across from Geneva main train station so location can either be great (convenient to transport) or busy/worrisome depending on your predilections."
