"Started out badly with a major flooding of our first room apparently from a shower backup, even though we hadn’t used the shower. Water covered entire bathroom and crept into the bedroom area. Not welcome after traveling all day! Front desk took a little convincing to even move us to a similar room and didn’t offer more than a mild apology."
