"Our only complaint was that we were trying to sit In the hot tub one afternoon and there was a group working on the balcony with jackhammers-extremely loud. The staff were great, we always got our car super quick and the front desk always greeted you when you walked by. We never ate there but the drinks were great at the bar! "

"Guest services were very friendly! Wish the water streams were working around bungalows. The couch in room had strands of hair on it. Barking dogs early in the morning woke us up. Perhaps folks with dogs can be in back of property and guest are advised of them and the areas they are in."

"I did not like that you all did not have near by restaurants or stores listed or available in lobby. One elevator in lobby to all 3 floors. I know you all have a restaurant and bar. But having near by business listed can draw vistors "

"I had a 4 night stay this month and loved the property. I did note that renovations are needed and the care to rooms has been neglected. One example is the shower the grout between the tiles was filthy clearly it has been a really long time since someone paid attention. Also hard water stains all around the glass shower doors, the room was not vacuumed with service and linen was stained. That said the staff was very nice, helpful it was esp convenient to have a restaurant on the premises and...
