"This was by far the best experience I have had staying at a hotel. The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan. "This hotel always feels like my second home when I’m in Bandung. Even though it’s an older hotel, they maintain it so well. The breakfast is superb, and everything is as good as always. Highly recommended! "

"Location is strategic "

"Hotel was bad. Sheets had stains on them. Toilet was making a sound the whole night. Hair everywhere. Room was not cleaned very well. Staying for one night is okay, but not for very long. Would not recommend going to this hotel. "

"Beautiful and pleasant hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodative. In-room dining was also a good experience, with tasty and affordable food. Only the aircond circulation was a bit warm and insufficient to be felt from on the bed. And shower cubicle smelled a bit odd but bearable."
