"Everything promised and more was delivered. Breakfast was good quality and over long time period (allowed early start or lie in!). Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Room was clean and power shower was amazing. Location was good and easy access to both Magaluf and palma Nova beaches and attractions. Paid extra for sea view and for large balcony with private sun beds and this was well worth it."

"We don’t usually go back to the same places but this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Fontanellas. So easy to get to being 5 mins taxi from the airport. Great area, plenty of restaurants. Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar."

"This hotel was great from start to finish. A friendly member of staff greeted us upon arrival and helped us check in, offering us a welcome glass of prosecco. The room was clean and large with a balcony, and definitely worth the price difference to a sea view room. Our stay was in April so the weather peaked at 20-24° each day. There was an indoor pool and spa which was great for when it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. The hot tub was very big but could have been slightly warmer, along with the steam room and sauna. The outdoor pools are heated but are quite refreshing on the hot days I was able to go for a swim. I had multiple massages and a facial in the spa as well which was great value and all the staff in the spa were absolutely amazing! They clearly have extensive knowledge of the treatments and are all extremely friendly! The breakfast was wonderful as well with a range of fresh bakery items, hot meals, fruits; pretty much any breakfast food you could think of, they have. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful, assisting us in planning and booking some days out on our trip and recommended some great restaurants. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient as it had some grocery stores and local restaurants around, and was just a 15 minute taxi ride into Palma City. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations on every front, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively but also relaxing environment."

"Every thing was excellent incl the breakfast. The only thing was that the wooden floor in the bathroom is starting to swell due to water from underneath. Anyhow, it was a great experience would come back again"
