"I loved my stay. So convenient. The only issue I had was that I went away for a much needed break where I wanted quiet. At first I found the digital key idea to be cool and the hotel welcoming with their well executed links to spa, dining etc but after several emails and messages and having to download an app that was glitchy, I found it to be the opposite of what I wanted. "The accommodation was exceptional on all levels. The staff were beyond helpful, upgrading our room, helping with directions and making us feel comfortable and welcomed. There were plenty of eateries to select from and the MJ musical was excellent. it was extremely convenient to stay so close to the theatre. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the city."
