"I got there early and asked for an early check-in. It was granted, but at a $20 surcharge. When I got to the room, it was occupied. I went to front desk and got another room, which was a corner, upgraded room. That was nice. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We were 10 minutes from the beach and in walking distance to many shops. The quick drive into Charleston made for a pleasant week. The staff was friendly and attentive. "

"Nice rooms although more sparse than the average Hilton. Beds were a little soft but ok. Unfortunately, this location had attracted noisy people both before and during our visit. We had people knocking on the walls while we were sleeping and then the front desk calling our room to say they had a noise complaint. When I told her it wasn’t us and we were sleeping she said oh maybe I will come up and investigate. It would have been better had she done that prior to calling our room! "

"Everyone was very nice. Only 2 problems. When we walked into our room it smelled of weed. They quickly took care of that and when the toliet seat was down you could see where urine had splattered and not been cleaned. As with the odor, just as soon as they were notified it was corrected "
