You don't expect a quality facility in Dalhart, Texas. HI-Express is a quality place. Just across the highway and one block over is the XIT Steakhouse, one of the best in the Panhandle.

The water pressure was so low, it took twice as long to take a shower. Plus, a train runs right by the hotel (not all night though). The hotel entrance isn't well marked and is partially a dirt driveway.
