"We love everything about this hotel except the overwhelmed food odor of the previous customer was still lingering in our room."

"We liked that the room has a functional kitchen and a washer dryer. Although a 12 min walk to Ueno, it was flat. if one uses the Iriya Exit, it cuts a minute or two. Staff was courteous and professional. The downside, most properties that I’ve booked has 11 or 12nn check out time, this property has a 10am checkout. "

Excellent hotel

"We stayed at the end of our trip around Japan, with our two children. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Was lovely have 4 beds in the room rather than two doubles. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fab. Cannot fault the hotel at all. "

"LOVED our stay here. It was really luxury and a great place to cap off our 2 weeks in Japan. At first our view was blocked by other buildings but we asked to be moved and they accommodated to a higher floor. It was better and we appreciated the accommodation by the staff. The bathroom is one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever had in a hotel. The room was very spacious. We loved the top floor lounge and view, it was really nice to relax and get a complimentary coffee as we savored the last few days in Japan. Compared to US hotel prices, this was very comparable but far nicer. I would definitely stay here again."
