"Had an amazing stay at LIVIE. The rooms are very spacious and it was nice having a PIN code for the door and not a key card so there’s no risk locking yourself out or losing the key. "The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies. "Everything is exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are brilliant and helped with anything we needed. They will happily organise tours for you if you would like. We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."

It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner.
