"Definitely not worth the price. Disgracefully expensive for what it is. Staff (a couple), with the lady not knowing how to receive us and generally had no idea what she was doing, plates had prices stuck to bottom (hope they’d been washed after purchase although seems not). Breakfast comes in a cooler piled with stuff and nowhere to place it in room. No instructions on how to use heating or techy shower. No hot water for one day. "We had an amazing stay at Alma Chilota. It was one of our favourite accommodations in all of Chile. It is a palfito with a charming breakfast room/lounge and our room had a wonderful view of the water. It was beautifully decorated and well located to visit the tourist sites. We were sorry to leave and would love to return. We highly recommend this exceptional property!"
