"Una estadia inolvidable! First and foremost, the staff are above and beyond exceptional (Jackie, Tania, and the rest). From helping with organizing tours, solving unexpected tourist needs, communication, attentiveness, and providing basic human warmth, which is something our world has forgotten! "I chose this accommodation for my first visit to Havana, mindful of other reviewers’ comments, because of its convenient location in central Old Havana. "The landlord and staff were amazing and became my friends. I needed looking after as i was ill and had lost my luggage. They went above and beyond to do what they could and make sure i was ok and provide me with essentials. The casa is amazing too. So don't even think... book this. It's right in the centre of the old town and is a lovely place to stay too. I was sad to leave. "
