"The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste. "

"Incredible location 30 seconds from Piazza delle erbe. Really welcoming staff. The Albergo was spotlessly clean. My single room was quite small and a little dark with a lovely bathroom with instant hot water.
