"Super friendly staff and comfortable, clean, well designed room. Only wish was that our junior sweet had a small couch. Only seating was a desk chair -- not what one expects in a junior suite!"

"Fabulous location! Very nice classic hotel decor. The ventilation system was a little loud and no fridge in the room (which probably would have been loud too!) but these did not really detract from the enjoyable stay."

"Excellent service. Well maintained clean hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a modern motif . The vast lobby could use fresh flowers throughout to brighten the dim lighting. I highly recommend the Hyatt Grand Central. All of this comes at a fair price too. I am considering returning to this hotel when visiting New York again."
