"Péssima. Me colocaram em um quarto sem janelas, sem ar condicionado, sem ventilador, sem qualquer ventilação, com cheiro de mofo muito forte e baratas. Pingou água do teto no chão, ao lado da cama. Paguei 03 noites e só consegui ficar 01, com muito esforço. Acho que foi a pior experiência em hostel já reservada por aqui "

"Second time to stay here and love it. Easy check in especially when I am in transit and coming at odd hours during the night. Quiet area. I feel safe here. Will stay again "

"This was an OK stay, as it was a good location and did the job for me to sleep and store my things, but I will not be back again. The first room I was assigned to smelled very musty and my bed wasn’t cleaned with new sheets, so I had to go to the reception to get a new room assignment. They don’t give you a top sheet for the bed, but the fitted sheet to cover the mattress had stuff on it — a small rubber piece, fuzz and hairs. They give just a thin blanket which I questioned its cleanliness...

"On avait une chambre avec salle de bain, on s’est crue au royaume des champignons. La salle de bain était noire y en avait dans tous les recoins et au plafond. Les murs étaient sales et a moitié peint (pas comme sur les photos). Au moins on avait un toit pour dormir. Le personnel était très mediocre même pas un mot au check out, on avait l’impression de les déranger. "

"Didn’t feel comfortable here at all- only female in the whole place for four nights- would have gone somewhere else but couldn’t get a refund and didn’t have the funds. Staff were ignorant and rude tbh. They lived in the dorm opposite I think. Good location though. "

"Ett fantastiskt hostel där man mötte massa vänner, min säng var full med mörka långa hårstrån tyvärr så jag vet inte hur städat det var.. lite äckligt med det funkade. Och gäster/personal snodde även på hotellet, glömde väskan utanför mitt rum i någon timme och när jag märkte det var alla mina pengar borta. Mindre bra. "

"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

"The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property. "

Ritz Carlton, really?!

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"
